1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IndPDF (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the Service immediately.

2. Use of Service

IndPDF provides online tools to process PDF files, such as merging, compressing, converting and performing other related operations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Service to upload or process any content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses or other harmful code.
• Is abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.

3. Ownership & Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the documents you upload and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to process those files using IndPDF.

IndPDF does not claim ownership of your documents and does not monitor or review file contents except where technically necessary to provide the Service or investigate a reported issue.

4. File Handling & Privacy

Your files are transferred to our servers over encrypted HTTPS connections and are processed only for the purpose of completing the requested PDF action.

Input and output files are stored temporarily and are made available to you for download. IndPDF follows a single-download policy: after your first successful download, both the uploaded file and the processed file are automatically deleted from active storage.

We do not use your documents for long-term storage, marketing or profiling. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep IndPDF available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues or factors outside our control (such as network or infrastructure problems).

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, we do not make any guarantees regarding:

• Completeness, accuracy or suitability of processed files.
• That the Service will be error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndPDF and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Loss, corruption or disclosure of data or documents.
• Unauthorized access to your transmissions or content.
• Any changes, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your important documents before using any online tool, including IndPDF.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of IndPDF after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
